Capability

Installation crews who work to a builder's program, not around it.

We supply and install floor coverings on live sites and new builds: classrooms and libraries over school holidays, council offices in staged floors, health and aged care areas and fitouts working to a head contractor's lockup date. Every job runs with a named contact, a written program and photographic handover.

Supply and install

Commercial vinyl and safety vinyl, carpet tile and broadloom, timber and engineered timber, luxury vinyl plank, sports and specialty surfaces.

Preparation and remediation

Removal and disposal of existing coverings, grinding, moisture testing, levelling and screeds, substrate reporting before installation starts.

Programmed works

Staged installation, night and weekend access, decant planning, occupied site protection and progressive handover by area.

Cross Keys Hotel

Custom flooring for the refurbished Cross Keys Hotel, delivered in collaboration with the builder, the client and the design team at Signature Floors. A bespoke Axminster carpet was designed exclusively for the venue, drawn from the interior palette and architectural character of the building, and installed through the bar, dining and lounge areas including curved bar surrounds, tiered seating and stair nosings.

Scope: Custom Axminster supply and install, stair nosings, subfloor preparation
Delivery: Staged around the venue fitout program with the builder and design team

Pacific Palms Recreation Club

A custom designed Axminster carpet made exclusively for the club and installed through the sports bar and auditorium. The geometric pattern was developed to suit the club colours and the scale of the rooms, holding up to high traffic and function use while giving both spaces a single, considered floor.
